Week 3 — Cooking Basics for Busy Homesteaders
Before your garden starts producing, you need learn to make nourishing meals that fit a busy lifestyle. Learn batch-cooking, stretching ingredients, prepping ahead, and making foundational staples like broth and seasoning blends.

Week 4 — Preserving Your Harvest
When the garden is abundant, it’s time to preserve. We’ll cover freezing, canning, dehydrating, freeze-drying, and curing—plus the pros and cons of each method.
