Adult Homesteading: Pressure Canning

Become comfortable and confident with a valuable resource for preserving meats, vegetables, and ready to go meals. Basic canning food safety, pressure canning dos and don’ts, money saving tips and time saving tricks are all a part of the experience. A demonstration of the process from start to finish and a taste of some of the results will be provided. Make sure you bring notetaking materials because this class will be -packed with information!
