About the event

For Paula and Ken, a sustainable home has always been at the center of their off-grid plans and after some research, they decided to build an Earthship-style home.

An Earthship is a self-sustaining, rammed-earth home that diverts waste streams such as tires or “garbage” and turns them into long lasting building materials. Though building these homes require lots of hands-on work, they are extremely cost efficient, low-tech, and community building workshops help to speed the process while sharing knowledge and skills with likeminded individuals.

$20.00+tax per person ($22.60)

Payment can be completed in advance by e-transfer to generationsmarketplacealc@gmail.com and is required within one week of registering to secure spot in class. Space is limited.
