Join us as Cole the Butcher shows us the process, from start to finish, of butchering a pig.

Cole the Butcher runs an ON-Farm Mobile Butchery/Emergency Slaughter business with over 7+ years experience. He specializes in Beef, Dairy cows, Pigs, Goat, Sheep, Lamb and most Wild game which include Deer, Moose, Elk and Bear while keeping the most sanitary practices in mind.

Does not do Poultry or Rabbits

His business revolves itself around the most humane practices when it comes to your livestock. Nothing is rushed or skipped on which makes for a low stress environment.

$40.00+tax per person ($45.20)

A deposit of $10 per person (minimum) is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid a week before the class.

You can complete your payment in store during business hours or by e-transfer to generationsmarketplacealc@gmail.com with your name and the class you’ve registered for. We will only hold your spot for one week without a deposit or payment so please send it as soon as possible.
