Adult Homesteading: Advanced Cheese Making

You don’t have to have a milk cow or a cheese cave to make great cheese at home. We’ll discuss milk handling, the process of making the curd, pressing the cheese, aging, and storing it.  In just 1 month you can be enjoying your own cheese!

$30.00+tax ($33.90)

A deposit of $10 per person (minimum) is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid a week before the class.

You can complete your payment in store during business hours or by e-transfer to generationsmarketplacealc@gmail.com with your name and the class you’ve registered for. We will only hold your spot for one week without a deposit or payment so please send it as soon as possible.
